This week I shared some of the life lessons I learned from watching Kanye West’s Documentary Jeenyuhs.

Since posting the article on Medium, only a few people have read it.

Take a look at the stats for yourself.

As part of my goal of re-purposing across platforms, I decided to summarize the article into a single tweet.

Check out the stats on this tweet after less than 48hours:

Ok maybe saying it went viral was a little bit of an over-reach.

But it sure did receive way more impressions and engagements( likes and retweets) more than it did on Medium within a short period of time.

Remember, I’m new on Twitter and have only 71 followers. So these results are super impressive for me.

I’m still receiving notifications on the tweet this very moment as I type this. I estimate the engagements I’ll receive on this tweet will continue to grow continuously, at least for the next couple of days.

I’m happy I didn't get discouraged by the lack of reads on Medium and re-purposed the content all the same.

Here are 3 reasons why I think this content did so well on Twitter.
